Tripous: veal belly 60%, pork menu, ham.
Sauce: water, white wine, salt, garlic, onion, celery, pork rinds, double tomato concentrate, aroma (including lactose, gluten and soy), spices, herbs.
Preparation tips
Savour the tripous after reheating them slowly on a low heat for 20 minutes.
Serve hot with steamed potatoes and a regional wine: le Marcillac.
Gourmets also appreciate them at breakfast.
